Before and After: Cosmetic surgery

Kim Kardashian
Kim's cosmetic surgery is a subtle change, but does all the wonderful things that a good rhinoplasty can do! "Her plastic surgeon must've known that s/he was messing with near perfection!" -Dr. Rawnsley

Megan Fox
Megan is cute in the before image, but definitely knocks it out of the ball park on the right! ..down right Foxy! Isn't it amazing what rhinoplasty can do?

Zac Efron
The teenage fantasy of many young girls, probably gives thanks to a natural-looking nose job. It shows the advantage of a rhinoplasty performed well before the height of celebrity-ism.

Nicole Richie
Nicole dons a new bust-line with a breast augmentation, but she stuck with a right sized cup that fits her frame. We're so glad she didn't go the "Heidi Montag" route!

Tyra Banks: rhinoplasty
Tyra's lovely before and after! Do you think her new look helped her incredible commercially success in fashion and the entertainment industry?

Actor, Helen Mirren
Okay, Mirren's not smiling on the right but she's admitted to various cosmetic procedures including a facelift.. she sure looks great and also sexy to boot! ..not overly taut which would take her into Joan Rivers territory!

Model, Gisele Bündchen
Even the world's most beautiful people, have had a bit of surgical help! A subtle Nip/Tuck is quite popular and accepted in Gisele's homeland, Brazil. ..they perform the most rhinoplasties in the world!

Halle Berry: rhinoplasty
Rhinoplasties are the most popular of all cosmetic surgeries! It transforms one's face proportionately and highlights the eyes! While Berry's incredibly pretty in the past she's a stunner now!

Scarlett Johansson
The glamorous actress is almost unrecognizable without her current slim nose. She still looks beautiful and natural ..more natural than any other Hollywood actress! What do you think?

Entertainer, Will Pan
Wow.. the American-born Chinese Mandopop singer-songwriter, rapper and actor has had an incredible transformation! It really is like two completely different people.

Ashlee Simpson
I know a lot of people are fans of Ashlee’s old signature look, but there’s no arguing that her new nose looks pretty fantastic!

Gwyneth Paltrow: breast enhancements
Why not?! ..Paltrow's had two babies and deserves a bit of enhancement in an area where pregnancy takes its toll! She says she has no plans to go under the knife anytime soon but has not ruled out the possibility for the future.

Blake Lively
Do you think The "Gossip Girl" is more photographic on the right? ..it's another example of good rhinoplasty, because it visually “softens” her look. She still looks like her old self.. just better!

Victoria Beckham
The X-spice girl is not secretive about her several cosmetic procedures, including rhinoplasty and breast enhancements. The mother of four, is perhaps redefining for many, what beauty is.

Claudia Lynx: the Iranian Beauty

How to Meet Your Girlfriend's Parents

Do your homework in advance. Every girl is different, so every girls' parents are different, with unique expectations. All of the recommendations that follow can backfire horribly if you don't consult with your girlfriend first about what her parents are like.

Find out as much as you can about the parents from your partner. What do they do for a living? Do you have any common interests? Have they been on holiday recently? Are there any subjects which are off limits? This gives you a heads up on conversation topics - and what to avoid.

Dress to impress. Going to meet someone's parents in your vintage, hole-ridden, acid-washed jeans and Che Guevara t-shirt that you got from the thrift store the other day for three dollars probably won't get you their utmost respect--unless they're very unconventional parents. This doesn't mean wear a suit - just be presentable (e.g. a polo shirt or t-shirt that doesn't spread the Communist agenda). Dress smart but casual, and make sure everything is clean, decently fitted (nothing too tight or baggy) and tidy. Get a fresh haircut and trim your nails.

Arrive on time. Don't pull up with your stereo blasting heavy metal.

Be confident when you meet them. Give the father a firm handshake.

Make good conversation. One of the most pivotal parts of meeting anyone - parents, girls, the president - is the conversation.

Treat your girl well. Be extra attentive to

Teenage's love - good or bad?

It has long been a contentious issue as to whether students love is good or bad. Some people are of the opinion that students should fall in love, while others point out that student love is harmful. To my mind, I totally agree with the former opinion because advantages of student love overweigh its disadvantages.

First of all, having relationships can motivate students to be better in many respects. Obviously, when in love, people always wish to be perfect in their partner’s eyes; and students are not exceptional. Therefore, they never stop changing themselves in a more positive way so that they deserve their partners. For instance, if a student’s girlfriend is a studious excellent student, he will try to improve his performance in class, for he has a strong motivation of becoming a good student.

The love happens because maturity is low, you are very emotionally vulnerable, sex drives are high, and relationships will generally not be deep or long lasting.

Not saying you can't have a deep and healthy relationship in your teens, but the odds aren't in your favor. Chances are are neither of you are who you will be "when you grow up" so if you are looking for love rather than a good time, it is better to wait unless you want to be hurt.

Secondly, student love is usually beautiful and romantic, which becomes colorful memories in student life. Being students, despite the fact that they do not have a lot of money or high status, they truly care about each other and build up their relationship together. On the contrary, entering the working world, people tend to be concerned much

Facts About Human Brain

Brain Stuff

1. You have a finite amount of will power each day because to exercise will power you need energy in the form of oxygen and glucose That’s why it’s harder to say ‘no’ when you are tired or not feeling yourself.

2. A thought is a physical pathway in the brain. The more you have that thought the more you groove that path and the easier it is to have it again. That’s why having the thought “Why do I suck?” is never a great idea.

3. Speaking of which, you have approximately 70,000 thoughts per day, although many will be the same ones looping round and round on your grooved cranial highway.

So make sure you don’t think, “Why do I suck?” 50,000 times a day, or suck ye shall.

4. Even if you consider yourself a left-brained person, your brain will still switch over to the right side every 90 to 120 minutes and then back again.

That’s why even left-brained people can have times of the day when they are more creative and right-brained people can sometimes get their taxes in order.

Note: If you want to know how you can tell which side is dominant at any one time, check out Creativity – Guaranteed and  you can then plan your time accordingly.

5. Reading out loud to kids accelerates their brain development.

6. Reframing negative events in a positive light literally rewires your brain and can make you a happier person, as can regular meditation.
